The University of Groningen logo was designed in 1615 and modified in 2007 by G2K.
The colour is red (Pantone 186). Additional colours are blue (Pantone Process Cyan), black (Pantone Process Black), purple (Pantone 255), dark blue (Pantone Reflex Blue), green (Pantone 340), bordeaux red (Pantone 188), grey (Pantone Cool Gray 11), gold (Pantone 871) and silver (Pantone 877).
The University of Groningen uses the typefaces Parry and Parry Grotesque.
