Keeping with the Identity program that was introduced in 2003, the Maritime College Athletic Department has unveiled a new secondary logo for the 2005-06 academic year. With direct input from coaches, faculty and student-athletes, the new logo features a Privateer in Maritime blue with a silver outline and Privateer cardinal accents with the traditional “M” logo at the front center of the hat. Its likeness was derived from the Privateer mascot that was introduced in 2004.
