Do it Best Corp. has ownership and the right to the exclusive use of its name and trademarks. Each and every employee has a critical role in preserving and solidifying the integrity of our name and these marks.

Do it Best Corp. is a corporate name. It is not a trademark and does not require a registration mark (®) or a trademark ™.

Do it Best Corp. is used only when referring to the corporate entity. The “Do it Best®” trademark is used to refer to programs or products identified
with our retail or brand name image. This use differs from the use of the corporate name. The Do it Best Corp. name should not be used at the retail store level or for retail programs.

A trademark is a word (or several words), a name, a symbol (such as a design or special logo) or any combination of these, used to identify a product or program belonging to Do it Best Corp. These are marked with a “®” or a “TM” in the upper right corner when used in plain type and marked in the lower right corner in the graphic form.

Using the “TM” mark to identify trademarks used with the goods and services of Do it Best Corp. puts others on notice of our trademark rights. However, Do it Best Corp. has registered some of its marks with the U.S. Patent and Trademark office. Trademarks which have been registered should be identified with the designation “®”.
