The Phoenix Companies Introduces New Brand
The Phoenix Companies, Inc. today unveiled a new brand, reflecting its position as a leading provider of life insurance, annuities and asset management products for affluent and high-net-worth individuals.

As part of this brand, Phoenix adopted a new tagline - “Where Excellence Grows” - with a stylized phoenix as its logo. The phoenix is a mythical bird that symbolizes rejuvenation and growth.

“Our new brand is grounded by a set of deeply held values and beliefs,” said Dona D. Young, chairman, president and chief executive officer. “These include striving for excellence in all we do, acting in a principled manner, being genuine to our core strengths, and staying committed and responsive to everyone with whom we work and partner. Phoenix's new brand, which was developed in conjunction with Landor Associates of New York, will be introduced over the course of the year beginning this month, including at meetings with top advisors in Chicago and New York.
