Stressgen Changes Name to Nventa Biopharmaceuticals Corporation

Stressgen Biotechnologies Corporation (TSX:SSB) announced today that it has changed its name to Nventa Biopharmaceuticals Corporation (TSX: NVN). Nventa common shares are expected to begin trading under a new Toronto Stock Exchange symbol ‘NVN’ on June 7, 2006. The Company’s new website is located at www.nventacorp.com.
