Canterbury Christ Church University - Corporate Identity toolkit
Excerpt:
Welcome to the corporate identity toolkit
Our corporate identity has been refreshed and should be used from 1st August 2005 to communicate our new university title. It reflects the spirit of the University and helps ensure a consistent look and feel to University publications, stationery, signage, clothing, vehicles and the website.
Although it is important that use of the logo is consistent and disciplined, the corporate identity is not just about the logo. What you do with other elements such as colours and typefaces also need to reflect the corporate identity.
This toolkit describes how the identity works and provides help and advice for producing materials using the logo. Please use the navigation menu on the left to visit the section of the toolkit you are interested in.
The University logo
The Canterbury Christ Church University logo is made up of two elements, the symbol known as 'The Link' and the text. The Link symbol and the text should not be separated in regular use.
The Link is made up of three connected Cs, which stand for Canterbury Christ Church. It also signifies the three core activities of the University: teaching, research, and administration.
