Sarnatech BNL Limited, a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative plastic bearing solutions, has been acquired by UK-based Plastics Capital Limited. Formerly under the ownership of the Swiss Sarna Group, the company will now be known as BNL (UK) Limited. Its US subsidiary, based in Foxboro, MA, will become BNL (USA) Inc.
