Xten Changes Name to CounterPath
CounterPath Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: CTPS), a provider of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), Video over IP, Instant Messaging (IM), and Presence SIP softphones, today announced a name change from Xten Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: XNWK)

Changes to our management team accomplished early this year allowed us to significantly change the culture of the company; the re-branding process is well underway and we expect it will be completed in the coming weeks.
