ITI Announces New Business Strategy Focused on Developing and Marketing Nasally Delivered Drug Products
Intranasal Therapeutics, Inc. (“ITI”, or the “Company”) today announced that it has adopted a new commercially driven business strategy focused on developing and marketing nasally delivered products that address unmet medical needs. This new strategy represents an evolution from ITI's historical orientation toward technology and development to a broader, fully integrated specialty pharmaceutical orientation.

To support its new business strategy, ITI also has implemented a new corporate identity, including a name change from Intranasal Technology, Inc. to Intranasal Therapeutics, Inc. (…)

In addition to the name change, ITI's new business strategy is supported by a new corporate identity encompassing a logo, tagline, mission and vision. A newly launched Web site (www.intranasal.com) reflects ITI's new identity and strategic focus.

ITI's corporate identity highlights benefits the Company's products can offer over other therapies. These benefits include reduced side effects and nasal mucosal irritation; no needle accident risks and biohazardous waste; greater user flexibility; accurate and controlled dosing; and increased patient compliance.
