
Westnet - A brand new look but the same old feel
Over the past 10 years Westnet has been focusing on providing its members with exceptional customer service, value for money and a range of reliable products. All these attributes have helped us to become the company we are today, a strong national player with a clear focus on service and growth, and we believe that these same attributes will see us through the next decade and beyond.
On the 19th of May, Westnet is celebrating a change that will open new doors for old values. Since our national expansion 18 months ago, Westnet has more than doubled in size while continually improving its undisputed position as a champion in customer service. This incredible natural growth now allows Westnet to explore new products and to develop the expertise required to become a customer service champion, not only in the Internet Industry, but the entire telecommunications sector.
The introduction of a new logo together with a new website, gives us an ability to refresh our image as a large national company and to tackle new projects on a greater scale. This change will put Westnet in a position to introduce new products and services nationally under the same customer service banner, “Its service that sets us apart”.
So, what is changing now?
The new logo represents the enormous care that goes into servicing every member. The colours of the logo symbolize the youthful, innovative and caring culture of Westnet. Whether it is the Sales Team, Domains Team, Accounts Team or the Technical Support Team that members are dealing with, they can be sure that issues will be attended to with the same level of care as the day they first joined Westnet.
The new website will provide our members with more user-friendly information and better access to all services. Also this website caters for a greater range of services offered by Westnet.
