Allied Healthcare, the leading supplier of flexible healthcare services, has responded to market changes by announcing a radical change to the company today - internally and externally. The new unified Allied Healthcare Group (AHG) has prepared itself to lead the revolution in UK healthcare services by restructuring, unveiling a new corporate image and investing £8m in a new IT system.

The changes come at a time when AHG is outperforming the rest of the sector on both sides of the Atlantic and reflect the company’s goal to be the most comprehensive homecare organisation in the market. and has several successful companies under its umbrella such as Nurses Direct and Balfor Medical. To reflect the combined strength of these individual group companies, a new corporate identity has been developed and all subsidiaries will, from today, trade under a new Allied Healthcare Group umbrella*.

The new logo is based around a simple graphic device that represents an eye in two tones of green. There is also a new strapline; we’ll look after you.

Tim Aitken explained that Allied is the company that cares for those that care. “We wanted a look that more accurately defined our true personality and tangible values to our staff and clients. With a new corporate identity about to be launched we are in effect a new company with a renewed and urgent purpose.”
