LoanCity Unveils New Corporate Identity

LoanCity, a company known for its innovative approach to the wholesale mortgage lending business, today unveiled a new corporate identity reflecting its growing presence in the market and its clarity of purpose as the company executes on an aggressive expansion plan. The corporate name has been changed from “Loancity.com”
to “LoanCity” to more accurately portray the company’s focus as a lender, rather than a technology “dot com”. “By simplifying the company name and creating the new logo, we are aligning the corporate identity to better illustrate who we are today and where we are headed,” said Kathy Marshall, LoanCity’s Senior Vice President, Marketing. The new logo, with its bold type font, was designed as a symbol of LoanCity’s strength and staying power. “LoanCity has been one of the best-kept secrets in the business. Not many people realize that we are currently among the top 25 wholesale lenders in the country,” said Marshall. “We plan to expand our footprint nationally to achieve our goal of moving into the top five.” The graphic image above the logo, which is suggestive of a roofline, is a reference to the company’s residential mortgage lending focus. The new corporate identity introduced today has been implemented in a completely redesigned website at www.loancity.com. From advertising to trade show booths, LoanCity’s new identity will be seen everywhere in the coming weeks.
