Hosted Solutions Unveils New Corporate Identity
Hosted Solutions, formerly Springboard Managed Hosting, the leading data center and managed hosting company in the Carolinas, launched a new corporate website (www.hostedsolutions.com) this week to coincide with their new name and corporate logo.
“We felt that with the acquisition of a third state-of-the-art data center and the strong growth in our enterprise customer base, that a new name and look further emphasized our commitment to being the leader in this industry,” CEO Rich Lee says.
The new web site design provides a more user-friendly system allowing clients better access to their accounts and customer support. The site also provides management biographies, virtual tours allowing prospective clients to “visit” the data center and offices and view the customer support system without leaving their office. The name change was announced in May and became official on September 1, 2004. Hosted Solutions cites the change was prompted by a continued expansion into enterprise solutions. “Hosted Solutions is about delivering a complete portfolio of services that solve customer’s needs. The new name and identity system embodies how we engage with customers to identify their needs and deliver the best most economical solution. What we offer is beyond the traditional data center space, servers and software,” says Lee.
