Small 13-page Identity Guideline for The Scottish Parliament.

Excerpt:
Introduction
Since May 1999 The Scottish Parliament’s corporate identity has been presented in the form of a device comprising graphic text. This was only ever intended as an interim solution. The full identity, incorporating badge and graphic text, is now complete. Contained here are the revised guidelines. These form the official and legal guidelines for the implementation of the definitive version of the Scottish Parliament identity. As such, the Scottish Parliament enjoys full ownership of the identity and the protection of copyright law. It is therefore incumbent upon every officer of the Parliament responsible for authorising the implementation of the identity upon any communication or branded object to ensure that the guidelines are diligently and minutely observed, especially when they are being used outside the Parliament. This is as much to do with recognising the value and potency of maintaining and projecting a consistent identity as it is with ‘obeying the letter of the law’. To this end please take the time to read the remainder of the introduction as it explains in brief the communication values embodied in the identity. (…)
